Rated 2 out of 5 by from This is not the Turbotax of Old Because I didn't have access to a password, I spent three hours with three different agents trying to a recovery and/or change in the password. After finally completing the form, the promise of an email activating the account NEVER materialized. I finally got the disc to run the program after failing to be able to download via the electronic means. What a waste of time and energy to find that Intuit could never deliver. The system was fairly complete and ran with only a few glitches. Having to mail supportive details on sales of stocks/funds/and other investments to an IRS office in Texas was a n annoying postlude. And that portion of the program was less than clear in directions.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So simple and accurate! I have used H&R Block for years and it's so expensive. this was simple and as accurate as going to a professional! They asked lots of questions AND had explanations. The only issue I had was the amount of times the question to upgrade to the max was embedded in the questions.

We would like to see better service for those that work for the military (not active duty) and live overseas. It often rejects FPO AE addresses and is difficult to navigate some of the requirements because of where we live and not being connected to a state.
