Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax isn't that robust anymore. Just more cost It didn't appear that turbo tax took much thought into the tax process. The most notable updates were in cost to prepare increases. And for all the tax forms there was little transparency in what it was doing . Lots of hidden moves and burps in the process. Never could get true help just lame statements about the areas requested . Lots of oops pauses . couldn't determine where it got stuck , it just hung up in process. Essentially only way out of was to hit the oh crap button and return back to where it persistence in log jamming made it unusable in several areas.
