Rated 2 out of 5 by from They want you to sign up tax advise services This years return software was not very intuitive. It was obvious that they were trying to get you to sign on for extra tax advise. I prefer software that is more informative.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Horrible for COVID 19 IRA distributions taxes Your questions and platform made it very difficult to figure out how to pay the remaining balance of taxes owed on money taken out from our IRA due to COVID. I had to extensively research forms and details outside of the help framework of TurboTax and eventually talk to another tax service provider. The IRS changed forms and Turbo Tax did not account for this situation effectively. Compounding this, if at any time if you want help you are prompted to pay for additional professional services to a) explain your own product and b) if this does not fix it, you are still out the extra money. For two years running everything has checked out fine on TurboTax and our return has been rejected by the IRS so we mailed it manually. If things do not go smoothly this year I am done with Turbo Tax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax makes my life simpler Still think the app is great, the only criticism I have is that the print is way too small. Most of the pages are 90% blank space with real tiny font sizes and even more so on the drop down help boxes. I had to go to my settings and increase them to 150% just so I could read them. Please make the font larger !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Return Process This Year. Not as difficult as in years past. TT made it super easy to get this painful task done. Spoke to an Agent once who was extremely patient to get my issue resolved. Other than that i must say - using TT was very easy. I highly recommend this Product.
