Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax isn't convenient anymore I couldn't use the basic/free form and was charged $118 to use the deluxe version. After choosing to have that amount taken out of my refund, I realized that there was an extra $39 fee to process this. I also had to answer questions just to receive a previous year's tax return. Why is that even necessary? I pay for services and should have access to them without having to answer questions about it. I feel that this service is no longer convenient and it may be easier to go with a professional. People are struggling as is and every business is choosing to take advantage of people instead of actually assisting us.
