Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is good, but sometimes confusing I've been filing with TurboTax for years, first using their software (the good? old days) and now the online app. It is generally very easy to understand and the process flows well, but with the addition of 1099-Ks for eBay sales over $600, I was completely lost and TurboTax didn't offer much help. I had never sold anything on eBay before this year, and don't think I will ever do so again.

(Since the days of the 3.5" diskettes) I have always had a hightly successful experience even though there have been so many changes over so many administrations and political view and practices on this subject. 2021 was my first experience with filing electronically. There was some difficulty that caused me to have to refile months later and pay a penalty. However, that being said, I suspect it was my problem understanding the directions or something. My only disappointment was being notified by the IRS that they missed me. BOOOO HOOO. Got it all fixed to my and the govt satisfaction. I always advise anyone who asks to use Turbo Tax. Great work. Really liked this year's format. it was very straightforward and easy to follow. Much appreciated by this 82 y/o senior.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax needs to fix something It cost me a lot of stress and an extra day before I could complete my return because Turno tax found a problem that needed fixing before I could file yet I had to do my own research to fix it. Turbo tax had no explanation for me.
