Rated 2 out of 5 by from Still has problems Turbo Tax Home and Business for Windows has imporved but it still has severla problems. Unfortunatley tech support/ customer support is clueless. The File MenuItem on the MenuBar did not have a dropdown context menu at all. all the others: Edit-View-Tools-Online-Help all function normally with a dropdown context menu. so it was impossible to import K1s!!! one agent said that it dod not wokr becaue i was not hardwired tot he router/modem. he should not even be working in IT. of course, K1s are still ridden with problems, and accepting the number 0 becomes problematic sometimes

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keeps Getting Better Each Year Very user friendly. "Meets me" at the level of understanding I'm comfortable with. Links available where I need help. Have done our taxes myself for years. Last several years with Turbo Tax. As we age, I'm trying more to be aware it might be my wife doing our taxes in future years. Very comfortable with her doing this with Turbo Tax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Tax entry was convenient I found turbo tax to be useful entering information. However I was very disappointed that the previous years tax info would not populate. It found the file but would not populate the fields. This must be a programming issue.
