It was clear how to choose the free filing, the confusing buttons, all fixed and greatly improved. I had originally given four stars, but then after entering all my information without much trouble, the captcha wouldn't load in the mobile app and I had to go to my computer to load it. Other than that major failure, it was a decent experience.
