Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Gets great deductions turbo Tax has been used for years. Generally the easiest process and best services, answers questions, and great refund experience. The new layout is frustrating somewhat because you need to walk through everything when an issue is found and maybe just want to go to a specific area to return to. Also, when it does the check, it would be great if it would go to the page it actually says there is an issue so you can see again what the questions were and what was missed, that is when it gets confusing. BUT overall, still the best software, and most helpful;. Those are suggestions, not deal breakers. You can also call and talk to someone

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does not stop amazing me I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. Started using Turbo Tax as a Single Head of Household and have transitioned to Filing Jointly with a small business. Turbo Tax walks you through every step and when you don't understand, has explanations for EVERYTHING. I have been told to not do your own taxes, because of laws and possibly doing it wrong, I have to say Turbo Tax walks you through it all!!! Great service and seems to always improve each year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Sucks Because I overlooked the fact that the addition of Max had been added to my order (TurboTax clicked yes to add this to my order. I failed to unclick it before I put my credit card information in, so I’m stuck paying an extra $59.) I immediately requested that my order be changed to simply filing without Max, but they will not change my order. I hadn’t even signed or filed my taxes yet, so I definitely hadn’t used the service. I’ll definitely let everybody I know. Terrible customer service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very convenient, not quite perfect. This is my second year using the service, and overall, it has saved me a lot of time and spared me some stress. My only point of criticism this year would be having to individually mark a liquidated investment's acquisition date as "various" 39 separate times, despite that information being in the uploaded document. Otherwise, terrific experience.
