I sold my home and took all my 401k savings, and all of a sudden I noticed that I need to pay a lot of taxes. Because I live in Mexico, the system was complaining with my address in Mexico, and the payment systems are giving e a lot of trouble to pay. Although I have cards issued in USA, the system noticed that my address was in Mexico, and they are not taking my payments. Oh, my goodness! Thank you to 3 or 4 representatives, at last I was able to e-file. I hope next year they fix this problem: My credit card is registered in hte USA bank with a foreign address and turbo tax is making sure that mailing address is in USA. So, the payment was not accepted. After reviewing and trying different alternatives, finally the representative gave me a coupon to pay, which I thank all the agents. I am fully thankfull to the turbo tax company.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Hidden Costs The Turbo Tax product to calculate taxes proves to be comprehensive and user friendly which I have used for several years. But 2022, the Turbo Tax Company has included numerous hidden costs within the product to make this product quite expensive (quadrupled from the original price). This was a very unpleasant and stressful experience. In the future, I will be looking for a different tax tool to assist me with preparing my taxes. Disappointed customer and would not recommend this product.
