I eventually was able to locate what I was looking for but if I didn't have tenasity and some computer skills I woud'nt have been able to find the form I was looking for and would have missed out on a $450.00 credit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from purchased software and then ended up paying again Confusing on purchasing- I purchased the software and input the code as instructed. At the end of the program i was asked to input again, which i did and then was asked for my credit card. i was charged an additional $178! Tried to get a refund but was denied.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Conextual help and contextual error handling I've used it for more than 10 years, but it never seems to get better. My main complaint if that there is very little contextual help; I found my self going to the internet to answer simple questions. I like the error check at the end, but when it finds and error it doesn't automatically take you to the palce where it needs to be fixed and finding that place is not very easy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from turboTax is OK, TurboTax Is fine, But it could be laid out better for people with one or 2 investments without going through all the situations that everybody goes through and an earlier entry for social security, and requiring a certain number of numbers that a statement from a company don't have, It's taken me over 3 hours to figuure out some of the stuff that don't apply to me.
