Rated 4 out of 5 by from Struggled this year I have used Turbo tax for years. Tried H&R block once and came right back to Turbo Tax. every year the process has been fairly easy and only takes a couple of hours to complete. This by far has been the hardest. My 2021 wasn't saved on my computer, that could be operator error, but the system constantly saves, so I am not sure why it is gone. I have had the worst time logging into pay at every step of the way from the initial order to filing and have made 3 calls to customer service for help. The last step was e-filing my state returns. The system would not allow me to log into pay. I had to print my forms to mail this year. The reason I use Turbo tax is so I do not have to mail my forms. I will use TutboTax again next year, because I love the simplicity of it. I hope that all the bugs in the payment portion get resolved.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick & Easy I finished my taxes in 46 minutes with Turbo Tax. Last year it took me an afternoon with the same types of income and deductions. I also paid the $59 for the audit protection and identity protection. A small investment for to protection ourselves.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed in PRICE from FREE to 178 for HSA??? Upsetting that from free to charge just because I have an HSA with no extra deductions... sad have to look for alternative methods next year after many YEARS
