This year on one return it handled our California middle class refund perfectly, and on our daughter's it made it a business refund and asked for 21 additional bits of information.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Customer service sucks My State return was rejected 2 times. I called in three times for help. They had no clue what they were doing and didn't help me at all. I final asked to speak to a supervisor after 21 minutes of waiting for one. She was rude and talked over me ( Regina) was her name. She too had no clue what she was talking about . WHEN DEALING WITH TURBO TAX THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPERVISOR ARE NOT TAX EXPERTS!
