I had a little trouble downloading financial records from my investment company, but with counsel from a TurboTax Chat, it was resolved and I downloaded successfully the next day,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo required review I don't normally review products; in fact, I find doing so disingenuous, ambiguous, and untrustworthy. However, as this review seems to be required in order to finish my taxes, I'll just state that the Turbo program is fine, though for my aged eyes all the glitzy flashiing sideshow distracts me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax - user friendly tax filing Using Turbo Tax is almost as simple as filling in the blanks, the most challenging part is getting all your info into your folder to access the info for entry on TT's website. The site is very user friendly, with so many reassuring prompts to check and double check your entries.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cannot e-file my amended return I made an amended return but cannot use e-file for it. The software kept saying following error: turbotax was unable to send your return to the intuit electronic filing center, for the following reason: cancelled I tried reboot my mac, reopen tt, reconnect wifi, different wifis, etc.. None of them works. I ended up filing by mail. Terrible user experience!
