Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax was great Turbo Tax was very easy to use. With the search option I was able to locate the place where I was to enter my Social Security Benefits. The only thing that I did not like was having to pay to speak to someone, I feel there should be a person that you can chat with to have some questions answered without having to pay for it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Helpful but use with caution Very good experience. It was helpful to scan in documents and have them populate the necessary fields automatically. However, I don't appreciate all of the hidden fees. If you don't review and pay attention carefully you might accidentally sign up or pay for something you did not intend to.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Doesn't seem as customer centric as the past Generally acceptable, but for a multi-year customer I am annoyed by the pop-ups to upgrade, etc. Also, had trouble with connection to financial institutions and payment with VPN connected.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax needs a few more guardrails I created a federal tax return and a IL state tax return filing MFS but did not file the return, but did provide my credit card for the TurboTax payment. My wife and I decided to change our return to MFJ, but TT would not let me delete the IL state return because your system showed it has having been registered. This created all sorts of problems for us.
