Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has problems this year I filed two returns electronically for trusts. Both worked fine. They were accepted quickly. Each had K-1's attached. I did not notice that both of them were blank. After some time spent to determine why, I discovered that the returns showed that there was no distribution. For some reason I was not directed to the questions about distributions. I am now trying to use Turbo Tax to try and file amended returns for both. I cannot use electronic filing so I tried to print for mailing. When it printed for mailing the first page was the instructions for electronic filing and no instructions for where to mail etc. On one of the trusts I am getting 5 or 6 errors and it does not make sense as to what the problem is. I have used TT for many years, but am going to look around next year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It was mostly easy, but it charged me for help It went really well but when I had a small issue it said I could ask for help, and it charged me $193 for Turbo Tax Live Deluxe even though I never asked for that. It should have had a message before I talked to someone that said I would be charged so much for it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2022 Been using this software since it was a church financial software. Improvements over the years have only enhanced the software and made it easier to use. One bone to pick which is a major irritant: We contribute to a lot of different charities (about 60). When it comes time to fill in the dollar amounts, I have to scroll down the entire list every time for each charity before I find the right one. It would be so much easier if all of these charities were automatically listed in alphabetical order!
