Rated 3 out of 5 by from fee goes up! I trusted turbo tax, so i used it for my tax returns last year. It went well and $69 dollars is affordable. I even bought an extra service. But when I started to file this year's return using turbo tax thinking it would be the same price but to my surprise, I was charged $119! it's almost 50% increase! and my tax is a simple one! I will think twice next year

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a necessity! No way could we keep up with the changes in IRS demands without Turbo Tax. It is curious that retirement income is more complicated than working income.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Overpriced for the headache Sucks bad, can't get an answer about how they possibly screwed last years taxes up so bad I owed 1300 until I sat down on my own and spent 50 hours figuring it out.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax 2022 Fees went up significantly and when I tried to use the expert service which was supposedly included I received no pop up chat or phone call back within the 5 minute time frame stated. Still waiting for that call 45 minutes later. If you can't provide the service then don't advertise that you can.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from OK Experience as a First Time User w/a few issues Inadvertently entered miscellaneous wage earnings in Turbotax Deluxe Downloaded Program and was not able to remove the entry which had generated numerous associated tax forms. After much frustration I decided to "Start a New Return" being careful to name the file differently. Took several hours to redo. I was able to file instead this corrected filing and never could locate the original incorrect return. Confused but it is done with some trouble.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from In need of upgrades Customer service was amazing however, the I had to purchase another tax program for my business due to the original order I purchased was only for Windows. When I inquired and requested that the agent review the new service she advised me that I could use the home business to file my partnership k-1 schedule with this second service she charged me for. Only to find out after using the code that I could not and had to go out and purchase a new computer to use the original program I already had. Turbo tax should develop an online business filing software for Mac and not just windows and PC's. Furthermore, I am out of a few hundred dollars due to their team members not understanding all of the capabilities that each filing software is capable of handling.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax I had no problems with filling out my taxes however, I purchased Turbo Tax Deluxe and thought it included a free state return... apparently I was wrong as I had to pay for my state return to be filed.
