Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax CHEATED Me on My 4th Year With Them This was my 4th year using TurboTax. The previous 3 years I used the PLUS Benefits option, which is $29, for the audit protection. This year I selected the same option. I started 2 days ago, but ran out of time & couldn’t go back to finish until today, 2 days later. All of a sudden TT tells me I don’t qualify for FREE Version…I selected PLUS for $29, that AIN’T “free.” So TT says I have to use DELUXE option which is $59 EACH: 1)Federal Return, 2)State Return, 3)MAX so that I have Audit Protection, for a total of $177! So I went from only having to pay $29 (maybe it was $29 for each, Federal &State, but that’s still only $58 TOTAL!) to having to pay $177!!! It wouldn’t even show me the PLUS option! I was a true believer in TurboTax, recommended to EVERYONE. It makes doing taxes YOURSELF pretty easy & costed “cents on the dollar” compared to services like H&R Block. However, that has all changed this year for me & doesn’t make sense! Careful everyone, they completely pulled the wool over my eyes this year & showed me that loyalty to their service means NOTHING. They are basically charging me almost my entire state return to pay for a bunch of services I will NEVER use, I only paid for PLUS FOR the 1 service I needed not included in FREE edition, audit protection, but now not only have to pay $59 each for federal & state returns, but also ANOTHER $59 to get audit protection cause I will NEVER use the other “benefits”! I am disgusted, this is a disgrace, NOTHING changed for me & my returns from past 3 years. Use @ your own discretion/peril…

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is helpfull I have filed several years with Turbo tax and it has been easy to understand and use. If you do need help, there are tabs that help explain what is needed. There is also helpful friendly support if you do need help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes filing so much easier. I have been a TurboTax customer for quite a few years now. I like how my information transfers from year to year. I appreciate how the software navigates through my tax scenarios and transforms that information to the required forms.
