Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mostly Positive Overall, positive experience. I took advantage of my "free" federal return but to submit my state would have cost me additional money that I don't have. I felt like Turbo did not accommodate the option of efiling Federal and printing and mailing my state (which would cost me about a buck as opposed to $25). All throughout the program you tell me, "Let's get the biggest return possible..." and "You work hard for your money...". That sentiment falls apart when you want more money to efile. I don't blame you for charging for that... however, please give me an easy option to choose how I submit. Thanks.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tricked into Premium :-( I've successfully used TurboTax for years. This year there was a new question, "Do you want to maximize your deductions and credits?" I thought, of course! However simple question bumped me up to the Premium plan without telling me. What a terrible marketing trick from a company that I need to trust to file my taxes correctly.
