Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is so easy and simple to use. The process of using TurboTax is so easy to use. I uploaded the documents (W2, 1098, etc) and didn't have to type much. It took me through the process and was simple to follow. Great experience. I have been using it for more than 7 years now.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is the biggest rip-off of all time so by the time you finish with your taxes they have managed to tack on several items im not even sure I ordered, I had to go back several times to delete add ons that weren't authorized but because there wasn't a NO option just "continue"! I've used this service 8 years and every year I have to go back over my taxes to delete some "service I never requested. Apparently I allowed "credit Karma" to monitor my credit and I have no idea how to get rid of them. So read carefully before hitting "Continue"!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good software but limited Been a user for a decade but not having ability for fill out a gift tax form is ridiculous. Not supported - seriously? Competitors may be the same but if they support it, I am moving to that product. Also, technically, you should not force the install on default Windows drive. That default drive was running out of space which caused me many headaches. And then the constant downloads in the background. This should be an option for advanced users. Will look at other options for these reasons.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It gets the job done Its really helpful in everything you need to do and answers questions about things you dont know. My biggest grievance really is over the years it feels like it just seems to get more and more expensive. TT really just took my whole state refund saying I chose the options as payment when I have no option to opt out. Like at least offer some deals for long time/returning users or something cause I'm ready to take my business elsewhere if I'm just losing money.
