It always has answers to any and every question. It leaves no stone un-turned. TurboTax works hard to find all the deductions and credits you deserve so you can get, and keep, more of your money the governments wants.

The process is streamlined, simple and as "fool-proof" as taxes can be in my opinion. For a young kid just getting into taxes, TurboTax is a lifesaver.

The order in which you fill out information is incredibly convoluted and makes it difficult to keep track of where you input certain information. (Especially if you need to file for different states). The sneaky advertising within the tax prep is also incredibly annoying

Rated 2 out of 5 by from turbotax has some major glitches! Too many times the slides did not move to the next one...and I would have to go back and reenter information more than once. Even with the assistance of customer service rep, we had to reenter information several times. She was patient with me.
