Rated 5 out of 5 by from First year farm filing taxes It was nice to have an option to do my first year farm taxes with help versus paying $1000 for a bookkeeper. Turbo Tax experts were very helpful but it is important to note you will need to carve out time during the workday to get live help.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from does not really handle unusual tax situations I had a couple of unusual tax situations this year and when trying to understand them through Turbo Tax they were not really covered. I spent hours outside of Turbo tax trying to determine exactly how to handle these. Instructions in Turbo tax just glossed over and my amounts were not showing on any form. I finally had to consult a tax expert.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from bit pricey I love the ease of using turbo tax but the $100 plus cost, the hidden fees, and the high cost of getting more help are too high. Everyone needs help but how many people do you help? Isn't that a bit of overpriced amount?

They also have great bed-side manners! I love how they walk you thru the process and how you don't feel rush or judged by the silliest questions you might have!
