Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I used one of your competitors for my husband's return (we filed separately). It was easier to use and considerably cheaper, and his taxes were more involved than mine. I can't believe how much you charged me!!! From now on, I will use them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from To many fees and charges for the software The only benefit is the efile the returns quickly. However charge $163 to file, 2 returns is way more than HR Block and other tax services offer. I do not know if i will use this service again next year. Last year I filed with tax slayer, but couldnt get their website to work this year. Turbo Tax needs to start being more competitive.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from No longer worth the price for normal people, For 10 plus years Turbo tax was the best and easiest way for filing tax information. It was great. For this years(2022 tax year) it was to a point I will never use it again. It took 2 90 year olds trying to do all the instructions it required. Over a 2 day period we believe we MAY have it correct. Fingers crossed in hopes the IRS accepts what we sent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I did my tax return! I really like TurboTax's step by step program. They removed all the anxiety of what needs to be done by bringing order to the process. I was guided throughout the entire process on what information to find and to include. I appreciate the level of care with the way TurboTax defined what the technical terms mean or what examples each tax break is looking for.
