Rated 3 out of 5 by from unable to pay turbo tax fee by direct debit. Very annoyed they didn't tell one ahead of time that they no longer accept payment for turbo tax services by direc5t deposit. Had to use Fed refund or pay by credit card. they charge an outrage handling fee of $39 to process the card. At the point of paying and filing one is essentially held hostage to continue using them for the current filing. I will not be using them next season.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never using Turbo tax again, after 20 years The service itself is fine and I have used it successfully for the past 20 years. However, this year, I chose the normal $40 to $60 add on the MAX benefits, but as I put in my card info and paid, the next screen stated I had been charged for an additional $129 for "TurboTax Live Deluxe 2022". I do not want or need this. Chatted with Turbotax, seemed to get a resolution and apology for my experience only to find out that my return was rejected because "Satisfaction Guaranteed policy only covers TurboTax CD/Download products.". Not what I was directed to do in the chat and I suppose from that statement my satisfaction can take a flying leap if I do it all online. I do not know or care at this point. I do not trust them any longer and there are way to many other services out there to do my taxes with. Its knda sad because for the cost of a one time refund of $129 for something I accidentally signed up for 20 minutes earlier and clearly do not want or need, they are losing another 20 to 30 years of me buying the MAX package for me and my inlaws (I used the same service for them) plus word of mouth from anyone else that asks me about Turbo tax.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Updated functions SUCK! The last changes your guys made to the functionality and interface are not user friendly. In fact, they suck and make everything much harder. Great job, you paid your outsourced IT "professionals" a large sum of money to make things worse.
