Rated 3 out of 5 by from Relatively Convenient 3 years in a row I get the same rejection error after filing, saying that an IP PIN was not provided, and 3 years in a row, Turbo Tax did not ask for one once during the filing process. You have to search for a while before finding a link on the website to enter it. Should have been fixed by now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax i love you My experience has been simply wonderful, Eddy the first assistant on the phone has performed above expectations and answered every questions i had in a perfect manner. Moreover, the website is easy to use and very clear despite the fact that i am french. Turbo tax has reassured me throughout this entire process and i will be using turobotax next year with great pleasure once again. I love turbotax
