Rated 4 out of 5 by from It was pretty easy to use. Overall - easy to use. It was a little slow starting out. When the software loads it spins for a while without displaying very much in the way of status. More status information would be helpful.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use but surprise required upgrade charge I am done using Turbo Tax. I completed my entire return with no mention of an additional medicate tax until the very and and then Turbo Tax held my return hostage unless I upgraded to Deluxe. Should have had a screen to point out and explain this additional tax. if I have to pay $64 for one additional form, I will go back to H&R Block.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is good. I like Turb Tax but this year they kept closing my return every now and then and I had to keep signing in to Turbo Tax to finish my taxes. They had to keep calling my home phone for a verification code This never happened before!!.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Expensive and difficult to check out. Very difficult to get to the final payment process. This Should have been clearly explained at the start on the CD.. If I had known I had to pay the large sum I was required to pay at the end of the program it would have been easier to go to a tax professional and pay their fee. You have to pay the CD/ program and then all the fees at the end. I will never use this Turbo Tax program again !

Rated 4 out of 5 by from First time user likes Turbo Tax despite slowness I found the Turbo Tax Live Basic mostly easy to use, although the help did not always answer my questions. I used to spend a lot of time doing my taxes by hand, and I hope by using Turbo Tax on consecutive years I'll save much of that time. It was great not having to search for forms on the IRS or state website.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Taxx below Par TurboTaX was not up to the standards of previous year versions. An automatic check for ACA health insurance was missing. I spent to much time finding the form to enter the 1095-A information finally spent time waiting on the phone for someone to help me find and down load the required form. Also I had 11099-NEC income. Again no prompt existed to guide me to a Schedule C to enter expenses
