Rated 3 out of 5 by from Rejected by not being able to add Wisconsin IP PIN While the Fed tax went very smoothly, filing the state tax (Wisconsin) has been a pain. It was rejected because Wisconsin requires IP PIN for efiling. I tried to fix it but couldn't figure out a place to put the PINs in. I tried to add it as state ID but still rejected. This time I tried to put them as FED PINS in the FED area. Not sure if that works. If not, I don't know what else to do. Plus, it doesn't allow me to file by mail because I chose direct deposite. Turbo Tax should have this fixed earlier because this problem has been there since last year, based on online posts. Disappointing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quick and accurate tax refund service I’ve been using TurboTax in the past 9 years because other firm I used prior to TurboTax was so expensive and I couldn’t afford to use them. First couple years was a little scary but TurboTax has CPA help guide me through it. After that it’s a piece of cake. Thank you for making my life easier with tax return.
