Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Online 2022 Experience and Cost I have used both TurboTax online and TurboTax desktop software for several years. TurboTax online is the far more user friendly option and makes doing your taxes very straightforward. My only complaint is that the cost seems to go up by like 20-30% every year for the same software. If it increases again next year it will be most cost effective to have someone prepare my taxes for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Typical keystroking errors not checked. Typical keystroking errors on form not checked. ei: I entered box 2 different then box2. My bad but a typical issue. should promoter for review when different. I have had lots of issues with turbo tax the last few years. Suspect they copy previous year software and have users correct issues with multiple complains. Phone service not existent. Don't bother.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Same great experience as for the last 8 years Easy and efficient. Everything completely explained. The digital 1099 retrieval is wonderful. Done in 3 hours - most of the time spent to make sure I didn't need to itemize deductions. I''l be back next year!
