Rated 1 out of 5 by from could not put in my employer discount once started Was not able to put in my employer discount on the turbotax service once my return had been started. After spending over an hour on both the chat and the phone customer service. The solution I was given was to scrap my return and start from scratch. They should be able to verify that a discount is warranted and give a discount code to be applied at checkout
