Rated 2 out of 5 by from QBI Carryforward Loss error so lame You guys made it seem like the 2022 QBI Carryforward Loss programming error was a mistake I had made. It was your mistake. And you never apologized for it. In all of your communications about my returns being rejected, you made it seem like it was my fault. Transparency equals trust!

Even though I am paying over a hundred dollars, three times I had to reject max, twice I had to reject turbo tax using and selling my data and then incrediously the default return option is to a third party. STOP WITH ALL THE ADDS. We are paying for the service and it is not even cheap any more. PLEASE STOP PLEASE STOP PLEASE STOP WITH ALL THE ADDS AND LET ME JUST USE YOUR PRODUCT AS AGREED UPON

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth sailing, year after year Been using TurboTax Home & Business since 2013. Once you get it set up, every year after that just goes so smoothly. We were "randomly" audited as a small business several years back. At one point in the process the agent asked me how I calculated taxes on our investments. I said, "I let TurboTax import everything directly from the financial institution, and it calculated for me". End of discussion. She had no more questions. That was a huge relief!
