Rated 1 out of 5 by from A waste of money There is very little that this service can actually do for free. They don't give you any information they just ask you questions that aren't very helpful. Every few steps they try to upsell you in a way that makes it seem like you must pay to continue. Most of the steps could be done by myself for free. I paid $170+ this year because I had investment dividends. This just feels like robbery. My dividends were like $50. The extra to file the tax was $70 I think. Just ridiculous! I hope to never give them another penny. I feel used and lied to.

I was married for 30 years - my ex was in charge of the taxes, and then I had an accountant help me at a cost of thousands of dollars. Turbo Tax took me less than 40 minutes to complete and it was a fraction of the cost of an accountant!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Used for the last 8 years I have filed with turbo tax for nearly a decade. I have used it as a w2 employee and a business owner. I love that accuracy is guaranteed. Filing taxes can be frustrating and confusing. TT guarantee makes me feel relieved when I hit the file button.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to file taxes but fonts are very hard to read You need to provide a higher contrast between font and background. White font on pale blue is hard to read weaker vision. Very hard when straining to read.
