Rated 5 out of 5 by from EXCELLENT EASY WAY TO DO TAXES A+ THE SERVICE WAS EASY AND SENT ME REMINDER AT THE EXACT MOMENT I NEEDED TO FILE.ALSO TURBOTAX MADE THE ISSUE OF SECURITY AND PRIVACY DEALING WITH AN OFFICE OR THIRD PARTY OBSOLETE!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is questionable e thought we finished our turbo tax forms and paid for the service (by the way, after we paid $119.00, we opened up our American Express account and saw that they had a deal where you could file the same program that we used for free), got our confirmation letter and order # then 3 weeks later, we get an email saying we have not finished and the taxes were not filed. Then try to get someone in customer service to check on our account was a half hour ordeal. Then her suggestion was that I go to my account to see what happened. So another half hour of filling out more blanks, I was able to finish (again). Now, I hope this is submitted to the IRS by the 15th of April. We"ll see.
