Rated 1 out of 5 by from Advisors Are No Help I had a question this year for the first time in the 9 years I have been paying Turbo Tax. The chat with the advisor demonstrated that the advisors are no help. He told me to ask my employer "and there was not anything else he could do". Their main function is to send you links to read articles on tax laws. Will to pay an upgrade ever again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS A PAIN, TOO LONG THIS WAS MORE WORK THAN IT WAS WORTH. I COULD HAVE EASILY DONE IT MYSELF IN A FOURTH OF THE TIME IT TOOK ME TO DO IT ON TURBO TAX. I 'VE BEEN DOING IT BY MAIL AND NEXT YEAR I WILL DO IT BY MAIL TO SAVE MY SANITY. IT TOOK 5 HOURS AND YOU EVEN CHARGED ME FOR DRIVING ME NUTS.
