Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Used to Be Great But Not Anymore TurboTax Premiere is terrible. It repeatedly left me stuck and unable to proceed by asking for information that didn't exist. For example, on a 1099-INT for a Chase Bank personal checking account (that documented a whopping $2.86 in interest income), TT kept demanding that I enter CUSIP numbers for bond sales. I didn't sell any bonds. I didn't own any bonds. And TT didn't give me an option to skip this, check "n/a" or anything else. It did the same thing on a separate bank account that paid me a monstrous $31.25 in interest. The TT rep who called when I requested assistance told me I had to delete those forms. Great. I know that $34 isn't much, but who knows if it might be enough to make the IRS' 1990s computer system delay or deny my refund. Thanks Turbo Tax!
