The contextual help and the details on every screen gave me confidence about getting my return right. Having the support of an expert to check and verify everything before filing made me feel bulletproof!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax First-Timer The process went pretty smoothly. Great help from tax prep person Tara and then onto Larry, the tax expert. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I found the pricing and the tiers of service a little turgid. I was almost steered into a higher tier than what I needed, but I'm sure it was an honest mistake and it all worked out in the end.
