Rated 2 out of 5 by from could have done this alone without the $129 fee As a survivor of abuse and someone who has recently escaped their abuser, it should NOT cost 129 dollars to ask if there are any options for someone in my position. Its hard enough on survivors having to pick up the pieces physically and financially without being charged hundreds of dollars just to be told "no, sorry" The information wasnt helpful for me, and caused me to spend money that I shouldnt have needed to

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is good but getting rather expensive. It takes a bit of time to complete. They add on charges for more things as you go and I didn't like that, Ended up costing me over $250.00 when completed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from They say I'm in the top 70%!! I have enjoyed using Turbo Tax for many years. After I retired, collecting info was a little challenging. So far, I've done okay without having an accountant.I used AARP's retired CPA's last year. But I felt like I had more "control" with TT, so I came back. The graphics at the beginning are fun!!! All I can is, be patient when using the links to gather tax info from your investment bank(s). They highlight empty spaces on the downloaded link; if they're truly empty, just leave them blank. TT is going to make you review the page one or 2 times, just to be sure.
