Rated 3 out of 5 by from Online needs to have a forms view I had a hard drive crash and lost my previous turbo tax files so since I had to enter everything I tried your online service. However, it didn't have a forms view so I ultimately ended up downloading the Premier edition and filing it that way. Ended up saving me a few dollars but the inconvenience was aggravating. And then my return was rejected due to my agi not being recognized but I verified with the IRS it was correct. It may have been that I didn't put the 00 cents in but if that is the case, Turbo Tax should have caught that.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax has went from great to average TurboTax constantly pushes its services and "other" products on you now as you do your taxes. It's similar to dealing with pop-ups on spammy websites. Just monetize the product I want thanks, I'm paying for it, I shouldn't see ads for all these other things and services, I just want to get my taxes done.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Issues The 2022 Deluxe version presented quit a few issues. One issue I was not able to use Guide me through the return. When selecting this option it just hung and never brought the page. I had to select forms and enter my information that way. Next, when filing the return, I selected Direct Deposit and entered the bank information and clicked "Continue" but it just took me to the page "How do you want to file?" I had to end up mailing my returns.
