Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost, but not quite Excellent For the most part the guidance is clear and helpful. Having to scroll through everything completed to advance to the next section is a little annoying. The biggest issue is that there is nowhere to enter a IP PIN, if one is needed. You have to print and send it yourself or eFile, then get rejected, then have and opportunity to add the number. That has to be an easy fix. I spent as much time determining that it was not possible to add the IP PIN as it took to complete the entire tax return. A double waste of time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No Prizes Generally straight forward, should be able to download military retiree pay, still doesn't't allow Navy Federal Credit Union as choice for Interest. Does a great job with Robinhood Investments import; however did not get the 15% discount as advertised.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great product but too much nagging for more money If I were to only review the part where it helped do my taxes, it would be an easy 5 out of 5. Unfortunately, every few pages, it nagged me to upgrade and spend more money even though there was no reason for me to pay more. This was annoying enough that I'll have to consider whether or not to use the service next year even though I've used it for 8 years now. Also, when going back to fill in something forgotten, it'd be nice if it knew where I left off and took me back there -- confirming a bunch of questions I've already confirmed is unneeded.
