Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wisconsin State return is awful The federal return software is fine. The Wisconsin state return is awful, missing features it had in previous years, e.g., how to calculate difference between federal and WI in capital gains deduction. State return not worth the extra $s.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible value, not easy to deal with complexity Absolutely HATE that you pay such a high fee for the software. Then, you get charged extra for every state per filing AND you get charged extra to pay (whether it's via credit card or deducting from your refund). Just give me the all in price, it's such a scam. It's takin advantage of the fact that you're stuck doing it through the software at that point. Lastly, the tool has dealt with my IRA conversions incorrectly every single year, I was a former tax professional and know how to navigate the forms well enough to fix them, but it's not easy to understand or edit. It is absolutely overwhelming for most people and for a tool that is supposed to make things easier, it is not.
