I am a newly graduated Accountant and waited until the last minute to file my taxes, and Turbo Tax allowed me to quickly and with little effort. I did not speak with a live expert, however, I knew one was there if I needed them. Thank you so much Turbo Tax.

I have used it for my business for the last two years and I have no complaints. Super affordable and easy to work through.

I wasn't able to get all of my questions answered, as some of the text explanations seemed vague, but I think if I had paid to have live support it would have been taken care of. Still, it's a comfortable platform to use.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Keeps wanting to upsell product It's frustrating that it continues to upsell you the next product when I decline multiple times. I also experience a glitch where there was a section that it listed CO as my state when in fact it is Texas therefore the zip code did not match.. there was no help for that and had to figure it out on my own after spending an hour!
