Rated 3 out of 5 by from Confusing mixed messaging from turbotax Return rejected /Turbo says they are there to help. The problem shows up in return files. but when you go in to tixit the page indicating errors disappears. The only way to get it back so as to go to next problem is to submit retrun, get rejected, and then go back to your return for another one shot try at correcting. Lastly, got two rejection email message and a return indicating accepted at about the same time. So where does it all stand ???????????

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Trouble this year, turbotax is usually great? I've used Turbotax for years and I have complex taxes with dividends, K-1, option sales, etc. It usually works great. This year there was a bandwidth problem. It kept hanging up, pausing, and freezing. This has never happened before. Good news...it's much easier to get live help...they come right on in a few minutes.

A friend told me about Turbo Tax that was when I started using Turbo Tax that was about 15 years ago . Turbo tax saved me a lot of money. Thank You Turbo Tax Fred C Syracuse NY

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes life easier The entire experience is great. I feel comfortable with every step of the way not having to stress the small and large details that come with filing taxes. I would be in a tough spot if it weren't for TurboTax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2022 THE WORST YEAR OF TURBOTAX Mac versions using online downloads basically do not work. Customer service personnel are not trained to assist in any technical way. I had to return my download version and pay more for the online version. AND EVEN THE ONLINE VERSION CRASHED 11X DURING MY FINAL REVIEW. This is the worst year of turbotax I have ever used!!!!
