Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Review for 2022 Not a bad program, in general, but it took four attempts to complete my tax returns this year, using Turbo Tax. Each time I saved my work and restarted the program, the program did not continue from where I left off. It's becoming complicated to use to where it might be better to start using an accountant to do my tax returns for next year.

I don't purchase any of the fancy add-ons, as I don't need them, and I am immensely happy with my refund! If you don't have a complicated situation TurboTax is the way to go!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wonky There are far too many push ads for products and services I did not want. Also, I was never able to use my credit card to pay. I spent hours trying to get TurboTax to accept a credit card payment.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Won't use anything but turbo tax! tried others. Tried others but always go back to Turbo tax. I wish they had left in the feature where it automatically picks up where you last stopped.It; had a button upper right you could push to save and return to same spot. also noticed some glitch in w-2 form data collection, but it corrects in the review at the end.

Perhaps some more simple language pop-up links would help the new users better understand the cryptic 1040 requests.

I don't understand why I get a bill in the fall and then get charged again while filing taxes. I think I ordered extra Turbo Tax products that I didn't need but were advertised to me via email.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a fair tax program First, I must tell you that I was a tax preparer for some 32 years and the tax program that I used during that time period was ATX. I must admit that I found ATX to be much simpler and user friendly program than turboTax. I understand that ATX's program is more designed for the tax preparation as opposed to TurboTax which has an interview approach in asking questions of the client. I found TurboTax to be rather cumbersome to get around and many times I was confused as to where to go in the program. I also found myself having to contact your support people when it came to filing MA state tax returns. Speaking of state tax returns your program says "free e-filing". However, when I got into the program I learned that only the federal tax return was free and there was a $25 fee to file the state tax return. Nowhere is that mentioned in your advertisement of the program. After doing several tax returns I finally got a feel for how the program works. All in all I think the tax program is a good one. Whether or not I would use it again remains to be seen.
