Rated 2 out of 5 by from not entirely happy I had one little 1099-g and I went from free filing to having to pay $118! Not at all happy with that! I could understand if it was a complicated 1099. But this is ridiculous. Also I was supposed to be getting a $20 employer related discount. That didn't happen either.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mixed experience I had a complicated return - The Live Assistance I signed up for was not good. It seemed the experts had little training beyond answering the most basic questions. I had to delete all my information and restart to cancel Live Assistance - I was not prepared to pay extra for a poor service. Turbo Tax Community is a great asset and I got a lot of answers to my questions on this site. Having Form 8938 is a bonus and its why I ended up filing with Turbo Tax this year. Will I use Turbo Tax Again. Yes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Could not transfer the PDF file from last year's I used Turbo Tax since 2006, and I could not transfer my last year's PDF file (tax. file was not saved). It was a big headache. Hope it can be improved. It seems other PDF file (such as HR Block) can be transferred.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Review of 22 Turbo Tax Worked well for the return. When filing by mail, I'm we're not sure how to get it to say we're done. It keeps saying "continue" when we open Turbo Tax. Other than that, it all worked well in doing the calculations.
