However, the final submit pages did NOT scroll which made submission irritating ... especially so close to the finish line. Other than that, I'm headed for a glass of vino! Another year done! Another return secured.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why Tax Any Other Way? I've used TurboTax for many many years. I tried another online software and came back to TurboTax the next year for user friendliness. After starting a couple of side gig businesses, I went to an accountant thinking she could help me dodge any curve balls. TurboTax was more thorough and knowledgeable than the accountant and her tax preparer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax used to be great. BUT NOT NOW i Used Turbo Tax for 20+ years. But This year they changed Drasticaly. CONSTANTLY asking for more money, IF not VERY CAREFUL you can hit button and ONLY at the very end you find out . AND NO ONE CAN HELP YOU!!!! You have to delete every thing and start over. THANK YOU 2023 TURBO TAX SOFWARE GENIUS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expensive but worth it I had to file an amended return because of cryptocurrency errors. Easy to erase previous error and add the corrections. Amended returns were free to file.

Excellent help from Gail, who also helped find a $200 state refund credit. She provided thorough and detailed help thoroughout the entire process of IRS and state tax paperwork. She was great…I recommend her highly.

Last year my husband wanted to file with an accountant to be sure we were getting our maximum refund. I put it through Turbotax and compared it with the accountants numbers. We were within $25 and we had to return to the accountant a couple times and there was a delay in response by a couple weeks. We will continue using TurboTax!
