TurboTax is in many ways the standard for the do-it-yourself tax-prep industry. This year I switched to 1099 contracted utilizing intuit QB Self -Employed, which integrated seamlessly with Turbo Tax Self-Employed! As with all Turbo Tax options for filing, you may bump your taxes up to an expert for support or have one complete the process for you. Oh yea, add Max for a peace of mind!

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
