Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2023 Turbo Tax was extremely frustrating It was suppose to take 1.30 hours and it took me over 4 hour due to having to go through each investment trade and individually authenticating. the frustrating part was not understanding the actual process. there should have been an instruction page. the program would not let me proceed but it was not intuitive on what steps needed to be taken. So I had to pay for the up grade for help. it was a $65+ problem solve that could have been easily solved with a help button. I am so annoyed.

I appreciate that I can have TurboTax take me step by step through everything so I know I'm not missing anything, but I can also click on whatever section I want to work on to add information I had to look up and come back to later.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use I am not ever comfortable doing my taxes, and it makes me scared and nervous to do them. However, having my previous forms already in and the ability to retrieve my information so I did not have to type it all in is so helpful! It makes it so much nicer!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Serhnam was awesome I spoke to three people in customer service and they were all great; Patty, Freddie and Sheehan (I think that was her name!). It took over three hours to find my problem but it was my error, but really sad that it took so long to figure out. I do think that its not nice that I didn't know it cost $39 to use my Federal Return to pay for TurboTax, and I thought TurboTax was really expensive!

The only issue I had was that I had difficulty figuring out how to put in data for Depreciation of a car that is primarily used for my wife's law practice. I probably didn't do it correctly.
