Rated 3 out of 5 by from Meh Hard to get started in the process. Can't get help until you are set up so if there are set up issues it's a mess. Lots of duplication in questions. Some pretty large financial institutions can't pull data, so had to input a lot on my own.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not so impressed this year I completed my taxes with TurboTax but had to leave before filing. I saved them with a password. Neglected to write the password down as I felt I would remember it and it had security questions so I figured I would be able to figure it out. Well, when I went to file my taxes when I clicked the "forgot password" button I got a message "just answer the security question below." Well, no question was listed below, it was just a blank box. I called the company and the woman was not helpful. When I figured out the password I got a message that something was wrong. I ended up starting over and re-entering all of the information.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was more glitchy Turbotax was more confusing this year. It continued to ask for a review of medical expenses no matter how many times completed. Also, for my son's simple form it wanted a state employer ID despite directions that said to leave blank if not state income tax.
