Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works Fine BUTToo Expensive Can't Cancel Services Turbo Tax works fine in that it gets information accurately, has some okay explanations, and allows you to navigate easily. However, the product is increasingly becoming not worth the money. State filing shouldn't be extra. You shouldn't have to upgrade to get certain features. I accidentally said I wanted the MAX and then couldn't find out how to take it off my bill so I have it now I guess. I ended up having to pay over $200 to file my taxes. It doesn't have to be this way, but because of the 1% of people rich enough to be able to afford people to milk the current tax system, it won't change. To improve, please give customer's a chance to REMOVE optional add-ons before final processing if they want.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sure it makes it easy... but there is an easier wa Sure Turbo Tax makes taxes easy... but there is an easier way that wasn't lobbied for just to keep the money flowing to Turbo tax. The tax system shouldn't be so complicated and time-consuming that it requires paying more money to do said taxes.
