Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very user friendly I had use Turbo Tax for about 8 yrs until 2019-2021, when I retired. I used a CPA for those years but came back to Turbo Tax because it guided me, very user friendly

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Access to Forms is disappointing I was disappointed that I don't have access to the Forms using the online version. I don't mind paying for access, but TT no longer supports my version of my OS, so webaccess makes the most sense.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Meh. Generally does *ok*. Easier than doing by hand but pretty frustrating when it asks me for numbers that I have to go research the definitions and tax codes for. For example, "is this a qualified distribution." I pay for TurboTax so I don't have to do this research and guessing. Does seem to be a little better than last year. Pretty disappointing how much more expensive it was this year.

On top of that, at every chance they get they try to get you to sign up for more expensive products. When it is time to pay, you get a total amount you owe to Turbo Tax but it does not explain what that includes.
