Rated 3 out of 5 by from For many yrs I've been happy.This year not so much Overall for many years I've been happy with TurboTax as we have a simple return. This year I ran into an issue with updating the name on one of my EdVest accounts and was unable to. I tried deleting the account and although it said it was deleting it, it would delete the new one I had just added. There is a technical flaw here and I could not find out how to contact technical support to get this corrected so that I could process my return. I did submit my return but expect it to be returned due to this error and need to get it fixed. Disappointing that this error wasn't caught during testing. Unless it can get corrected, I won't be using TurboTax next year. Support options are not helpful with this type of issue and a deadline to meet.
