Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Year of Turbo Tax I have ever seen I am a long time user of Turbo Tax and I am not happy about having to buy the software in the store and then have pay again to file. Furthermore it no longer extracted information from last years software. I will most likely be moving on next year

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great experience with TurboTax this year TurboTax has always been easy to use but what I loved about it this year was the "Do It For Me" option. A gentleman named Brian spent over two hours with me going through every item possible. He was extremely thorough! He was also clear on explanations and showed incredible patience with me while I fumbled around looking for documents.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use but still a bit confused. Some of the deductions were confusing and I am unsure if I did them right. Last year I had to pay back money because of a mistake. I hope this year I got it right. If you can't afford to have a live person go over it you're kind of out of luck.
